Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 21700 platform, accessible via 21700.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please contact the 21700 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
General user responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or any part of the platform's systems without authorisation.
- Do not distribute malware, malicious scripts, or any content that could damage the platform or harm other users.
- Do not register more than one account per user — one user, one account only.
- Comply with all rules and policies set by 21700 from time to time.
Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 21700 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the funds used for deposits are legitimate and belong to them.
Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods, including bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other options available in your account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current policies. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same user's name. 21700 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, carry out fraudulent transactions, or use unauthorised payment methods may result in account suspension or termination, as well as legal action. 21700 is not liable for losses arising from third-party system errors in processing transactions, though we will endeavour to resolve any such issues promptly.
Liability Limits, Account Policies and Intellectual Property
Platform liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 21700 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss.
The 21700 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. We will endeavour to maintain consistent platform availability but cannot guarantee one hundred percent uptime at all times.
Account suspension and closure
21700 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a threat to the security of the platform or other users. Any balance remaining in an account that is suspended or closed due to a breach of terms will not be refunded.
Intellectual property
All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, software, text, and graphics on the 21700 platform are the exclusive property of 21700 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise use any of these elements without prior written permission from 21700.
